One Satisfied Yogi!

I have been to many yoga classes over the past 20 years and become quite particular about what works for me. This is a great class and Cath is a fab teacher! There is a balance of cardio and stress relieving breath work and the group is friendly with opportunity for a giggle in amongst the serious business of reaching wellbeing!

5 Star Yoga Class

I started taking this class about 9 months ago and it has done wonders for my back. Its a very energetic class but suitable for virtually anyone as you can go at your own pace if you choose. Kath is a great instructor and i really enjoy my monday night sessions, it helps me unwind and i always come out of the class feeling better than when i went in!

Great Yoga Class

Great instruction, in depth knowledge from instructor Cath. Physically challenging and rewarding and has reawakened my passion for yoga.
